Eligibility for Returns

✔ Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

✔ Returns must include the original invoice or order confirmation.
How to Initiate a Return

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

Once approved, send the item back using a secure shipping method.

Refunds

✔ Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
✔ Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
✔ Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Items that are damaged due to customer misuse.
❌ Products without original packaging or tags.
❌ Clearance or special-offer products (unless defective).
